MySwimEars™ allow coaching of athletes everywhere in the pool - no waiting for swimmers to return to the wall to hear a new round of send-offs or sets. With MySwimEars™, the coach can give real-time feedback, including motivation, encouragement, pacing, stroke rates, and technical reminders. The coach can even use the warm-up swim to hold a team meeting, introduce the practice, or play a favorite music mix.
